Do you use organic materials?
All the materials we use are either 100% organic or recycled.
Our organic cotton is grown without the use of genetically modified seeds or any harmful chemical products. 100% of the cotton we use is GOTS certified organic cotton and comes from India and Turkey. On average, 62% less energy and 91% less water is used, producing 62% less CO2 compared to standard cotton.
How do I pick the right size?
When it comes to clothing, we know that the most important thing is to find the perfect fit. Every body is different, and that’s why all our clothing is designed to provide maximum fit consistency within a range of styles. Style, structure, or materials can have an effect on how a garment fits.
We want to help you as much as possible so you can decide which size is most appropriate for you. That's why we do our best to provide you with all the relevant information to make a great size choice!
Our models generally fit true to size, so you can select your normal size. However, if you are between two sizes, check the SIZE & FIT section, located on the right of the product details description of each product, to know if the product you are interested in fits small, large, or according to size.
But even better... check the specific measurements of the product for the chest, waist, and hips for each one of the available sizes! Make sure you also check the DESCRIPTION section just beside it to have clear the product color, material, and composition.

What is the return policy?
Did you receive a lupita collection product and want to return it? Sometimes things just don't work out. It happens!
We want you to love our collection as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please request a return through our contact page. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request your return.
Exchanges are possible if you want to select different sizes of the same product or for a product of the same value. You can also request Store Credit or just go ahead and use the 'Shop now' feature. Refunds will only be provided in case of damaged items.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, and labels and seals must not have been removed. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back.
You'll need your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email - it's a number that starts with # - and your name and email, which should be the same as the one you used to make your purchase.
Please make sure you exclusively use the prepaid label generated using our “easy returns” process. We will deduct the cost of the return from the exchange or refund we provide. We only process those returns that arrive at our warehouse directly, without any customs paperwork or payment from our side. In any case, we highly recommend always keeping the tracking information, as we may request it as proof of return. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS IN ANY CASE.

Can I exchange a product?

How do I claim a wrong or defective item?
We are very sorry to hear about this experience. Our primary objective is to provide our customers with products characterised by the utmost quality and attention to detail. We apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
To help you resolve the issue, we will need you to send some pictures. For defective items, please send us photos where the damage or breakage is clearly visible and photos of the general state of the item.
For the wrong items, send us photos in which the product you have received can be clearly seen, a photo of the label so that we can check the model and size and a photo of the shipping bag/box showing the label attached.
Once we have received all the photos, we will proceed to assess the incident and do everything possible to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
If you don't have the picture right now, don't worry! Once you can collect the required images, send them to support@lupitacollection.com so our team can go through them and find a solution for you.
What is the shipping policy?
Once we ship your items, delivery normally takes 2-8 business days depending on where in Australia you are.
However, it also depends on the kinds of products you choose and include in the same order!
💚 On-demand items (pre-order) depend on the estimated date reflected on the product page - or order email confirmation- when the order is placed.
⚡️Stock items are shipped 1 or 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
👭 Combined orders (stock and on-demand): As all our company policies seek to embrace sustainability, we send the entire order in one go, and by doing that avoid contaminating too much, caused by doing partial shipments. If you order multiple items, we will send the full order once the last product is ready, this avoids shipping multiple parcels to the same place. If you can't wait for the stock items to be shipped, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you get them asap.
We offer $10 flat rate for Australia, and offer free national delivery on all orders over $150 AUD.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive the order confirmation email with the estimated shipping date for each product you purchased.
It's important to note that the shipping & delivery times vary depending on if you ordered an in-stock product, pre-order product, or both.
If you used Shop Pay, you can also Track Your Order through their app. The tracking number will only be sent to you once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
